If you responded “no” to all three questions on the testing worksheet, then your testing is complete. Your responses indicated that you do not have any key employees receiving pretax benefits under your plan, nor any highly compensated employees in a Dependent Care FSA, so you pass those tests autimatically. If you responded “yes” to  question 1 (key employees): NEO will contact you at the email address you provided for additional data needed to run the Key Employee 25% test.

If you responded “yes” to questions 2 or 3 (Dependent Care FSA participants who are owners or HCE): NEO will run the applicable Dependent Care nondiscrimination tests and email the results of the tests and what changes, if any, are needed to pass your tests.
