- Visit cdaclient.basiconline.com. Note: Chrome is the preferred browser.
- Before you can sign in for the first time, you must sign up for an account. Locate the area that asks First time here? and click the green Sign up link.
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- It is important that you review your individual plans once your records are available. BASIC requires that you audit the tiers and payment amounts (premium amounts) that are established and notify us immediately if any updates are required.
New Client Webinars
As part of our New Client Onboarding process, we offer a complimentary interactive training session to ensure the success of your plan right from the start. You’ll learn about the many critical administrative features of the Benefit Continuation Services website and have the opportunity to ask questions about your new plan.
Select the BASIC Onboarding Webinars tab from the menu to the left to register for a session.
Administration Resources
- The Client Administration Manual includes instructions on how to manage your payment plans online.
- In order to access your payment plans online, your contacts need to be set up with the appropriate user access. Go to Settings › Manage Users in your account or complete an Employer Contact Change Form.
- Review the Client Guide to Support Requests for an in-depth listing of available support request topics and sub-topics, plus situations when each should be used and what to submit to ensure the fastest service.
- If we do not have your bank information on file yet, complete an ACH Authorization for Remittance Account Transfer form so you can schedule electronic transfers from your Remittance Account directly to your bank!
