Welcome! Open enrollment for Rathbone Group’s Dependent Care, Transit and Parking plans is now through December 10, 2019. If you want to participate in the 2020 plan, you must enroll during this time. Use the links to the right to learn about the benefits of joining the plans.

Debit Card: If you already have an FSA/QTA debit card, you will use the same card for 2020.  Your card is valid for three years and is loaded with your contributions as they post to your account.  Use the card to pay for eligible dependent care, parking and transit expenses at the point of purchase.  Keep in mind that qualified transit expenses can only be paid with your debit card.   Qualified parking and daycare expenses can be reimbursed from your account upon submitting a claim form with the required documentation to BASIC NEO or they may be paid with your debit card.

You may make changes to your election any time up to the deadline date noted above. Make the changes you want and resubmit your election. Your prior election will be overwritten.
