There are a lot of great reasons to participate in benefits: tax savings, planning ahead, and more! BASIC’s Consumer Driven Accounts (CDA) solution makes it easier than ever to enroll and manage your benefit accounts!
✔ Sign up (if you’re new to CDA) and sign in at https://cda.basiconline.com/. See the BASIC CDA Access flyer for instructions on how to sign in to the BASIC Consumer Driven Accounts system for the first time.
✔ Check your account to make sure everything is correct. This includes dependent information and bank accounts in your profile.
✔ During your employers open enrollment, use the self-enroll feature within the CDA system to enroll in your benefits. Check out this enrollment flyer for step-by-step directions.
Sign in to the BASIC CDA System at https://cda.basiconline.com/ and submit a Support Request under Contact Us, in the CDA System.
Call us at 800-372-3539. When calling customer service, it’s important for current CDA participants to have their Benefits ID# on hand. This can be found on the back of every BASIC card (learn more).
