Welcome! Open enrollment for the Lake Erie Electric FSA plan is now through November 30th, 2020.  If you want to participate in the 2021 plan, you must enroll during this time.  If you are not already familiar with the FSA and how it works, use the links to the right to learn about the plan.

Use-it or Roll-Over: If you do not spend your Health FSA funds by year end, you may carry over up to $550 to the next FSA plan year (applies to active employees only).   This means that the risk of forfeiting your FSA healthcare contributions is reduced!  Refer to the sidebar for additional information.

FSA Debit Card: Use the card to pay for eligible healthcare expenses at the point of purchase.  However, keep your receipts as some debit card transactions will require that you submit documentation of the card swipe to BASIC.

* Please note that per IRS regulation, the general-purpose Health FSA is not available to you if you or your spouse participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA).

You may make changes to your election any time up to the deadline date noted above. Make the changes you want and resubmit your election. Your prior election will be overwritten.
