Use the secure login credentials provided for SummaCare reps.  If you do not know the login credentials, contact your manager at SummaCare to get access instructions.

On the portal, you can…

• Access company accounts and HRA Plan Design
• Review participant information and claims history
• Run reports for all companies

To review Plan Designs:

1. Select Company name from dropdown menu
2. Select Document Library in the top toolbar
3. Select HRA Plan Design type.  Plan Design description will download

To access account Reports:

1. Select Company name from dropdown menu
2. Select Reports in the top toolbar
3. Select Report type, enter appropriate filters
4. Click View Report

To review Participant Information:

1. Select Company name from the dropdown menu
2. Select Reports
3. Select Member Detail Report
4. Click Incude All Groups, enter additional filters if needed.
5. Click View Report
