COBRA Active Covered Employee Count Update

Your COBRA administrative fees with BASIC NEO are based on how many employees are participating in one or more of your group health plans. In order to assure that you are being billed accurately and fairly, we need you to update our counts periodically. The count provided on this report will be used to calculate your COBRA billing for the upcoming year. You should be able to easily get this number from your carrier billing invoice.

Please use this online secure portal to report your current Active Covered Employee count. This count includes anyone that is currently on one or more of your COBRA eligible benefits (Remember, this includes Medical, Dental, Vision, HRA, FSA, etc.).

If you do not provide a current count of active covered employees, your billing for the upcoming year will be based on the number of employees you were billed for on your last quarterly billing.

IMPORTANT: Your count must be provided on or before January 12th, 2023 to be used for this billing. After that date, this link will be deactivated.
