Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) have been around for several years and they are still widely used by employers of various sizes. Because of their long history and wide-use, sponsors of FSAs tend to overlook various legal pitfalls that may arise in the administration of FSAs. This webinar will provide an overview of Medical and Dependent Care FSAs, an explanation of the factors that employers should consider when adopting FSAs, and identification of the specific issues that can make the proper administration of FSAs challenging.
For the first 60 minutes, Brett Liefbroer will present on the above topic. The remaining time will be devoted to Q&A and insight into BASIC's FSA Administration.
BASIC's webinar is approved for 1.0 HRCI and 1 SHRM-CP credits for advanced professional credentials for HR professionals worldwide. Credits are only available for live attendance.
