Rose has more than 20 years of experience in sales and management. She has worked both sides of the table, which enables her to relate to what employers are facing in today’s marketplace. Serving as a District Manager and Marketing Director she came to appreciate vendors that help educate and consult rather than just sell. Now on the other side, Rose takes that to heart when meeting with agents and companies. She comes to listen to their current situation and goals and gives suggestions for possible solutions.

Rose attended Macomb College for Business/Management Studies early in her career and remains committed to life long learning. She continually attends seminars and classes on leadership, communication, sales and customer service; including the Dale Carnegie Sales Course. Rose takes these extra steps to ensure growth and skill development, which, in the long run will positively impact her clients.
