Kim has spent most of her life in the beautiful state of Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Computer Engineering. She has always enjoyed the challenge and problem solving aspects of technology. Kim has more that 20 years of experience in technology, process improvement, and management. Much of this experience was delivering large scale global solutions for Pfizer, McDonald's Corporation, and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Also, Kim has facilitated unique staff development training programs with horses that target cultural change, improving teamwork, and developing leadership skills.
Throughout Kim's career, she has received many top awards for demonstrated success in coaching, process improvement, and project management. Kim believes this success was the result of remaining true to her value system, especially with regards to building strong relationships, continuous focus on driving improvements, and valuing individuals. One of Kim's most important personal values is to give back to the community through volunteering and service on nonprofit boards. Her other interests include raising miniature horses, poker, and traveling. BASIC is looking forward to taking advantage of Kim's passion for working with teams to deliver great results and finding new ways to best serve our clients.
