Joe graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a BA in Management. While getting his undergraduate degree, he worked as a sales and marketing intern for both Sugar Free Records and music industry giant, RollingStone.com.  Joe was active in the Chicago music scene as an artist, playing the drums for a Chicago-based pop band. In addition to playing at many of the city’s top venues, his band also recorded with world renowned record producer, Steve Albini.

When consulting with clients, Joe's creativity plays a key role.
