All you really want to know about Jennifer is that you can trust and count on her to do what she says she will do. That she knows the industry and can navigate you through the regulations, plan designs and unusual situations. You will find her background here on this written page but we trust that once you meet Jennifer you’ll have all the confidence in her abilities.

Jennifer graduated from Robert Morris University (RMU) in Pittsburgh, PA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. RMU gave Jennifer a scholarship for tennis and academics. Her drive to succeed gained her the position of team captain the year RMU won their conference tournament. She took first in her division and was voted MVP 2 years. Like her team at RMU, BASIC is honored to have Jennifer as part of our team.

It comes as no surprise to those that know Jennifer that she has a background in customer service. Soon after graduating from RMU Jennifer took a year out to teach and coach tennis. Although she enjoyed coaching she missed the fast-paced environment of the business arena. Jennifer discovered the area of benefit administration almost by accident and has loved it ever since. She spent several years working in the health care and benefit administration industry before starting at BASIC. At BASIC, Jennifer managed to find a job which combines her experience in customer service, sales and teaching. As a Benefit Consultant, Jennifer helps educate agents and employers on proper COBRA administration as well as regulation issues and plan design for Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Health Savings Accounts.
